Roland's outstanding professional skill, knowledge, and leadership aided immeasurably in homeland security Operation Noble Eagle where he served in the brigade staff of the Assistant Chief of Staff (S-2) for Military Intelligence. During this period, Master Sergeant Chase P. Meritorious service while serving as Tactical Intelligence Officer, 65th Brigade HHC, Army Division, New York Guard, from XXXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXXX. This guidance provided detailed information regarding Intelligence requirements and the necessary coordination and synchronization of intelligence at the enterprise-level, coordination of training of network analysts and intelligence analysts between the Signal Center and Intelligence Center, and the coordination of critical intelligence categories (CICs) between Army G2, PEO Enterprise Information Systems, and DCSINT, C-E LCMC.
